Qualifications / Requirements
What we expect: • positive work attitude, be involved in all areas • ability to have an overview and to lead a group • excellent social skills & very well organized • solid horse experience and riding skills • interest in Natural Horsemanship and/or classical art of riding • English and best basic Spanish • 6 days week+ 2 days extra off per month • min. stay 3 months, better 6 months
