Description:
We are an international community farm and permaculture project in the mountains of the western Algarve (between Monchique and Aljezur). We keep horses and other farm animals and welcome helpers who love working with animals. Help with: - Daily care of our horses and animals: feeding, grooming, mucking out, daily routines - Helping around the farm and permaculture gardens - Spending time with the animals and keeping them well We offer: a bed and three simple meals a day, free of charge; space for your own tent or campervan; a warm international community. About 3-4 hours of help a day, 5 days a week, two days off to explore. No experience needed, just reliability and a love for animals. Minimum stay 2 weeks.
