SPAIN DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB OFFER: Stable located in Zaragoza in Spain looking for riders to dressage foals throughout the year and with a high level of dressage (change of foot, support, leg yield, passage and piaffe). BREEDING DESCRIPTION: The stable has a great future ahead of it and aspires to become a reference point for horse riding in Spain. We are an expanding stable and at the end of the project we will have a total of 1000 boxes. We currently have a team of 11 professional riders and rider assistants. The main disciplines are dressage and jumping. Our breeding is made up of 300 mares, so the taming and training of our foals is constant.

Description:
Normal stable work forms part, e.g. taking care of the horses, tack and stable, i.e. feeding, mucking out, medical care if necessary, cleaning the boxes (eight with rubber mats) and the paddocks, keep the tack in order, keep the yard clean and take care of the dogs. The work furthermore consists in working the horses and preparing the horses for our rider or clients if at stud. The working students receive dressage lessons during their working days and usually hack out and according to skills during their working time can support our master rider wherever possible, including riding and lunging. The better the dressage level, the more the working student can also ride and deal with the horses. With necessary level, we foment the participation in dressage competitions. Description:
We are looking for a qualified instructor to give a few group lessons per week and to ensure a good level of teaching at our school, as well as to oversee the well-being of the horses. The school is dressage focused and we offer exams for our students twice a year to graduate for the European rider's passport. Most of our students are kids and teenagers and the lessons are around prelim level or below. We are looking for someone open minded who can adapt to a different culture. The teaching curriculum is european, and our horses are mongolian/warmblood mixes and warmbloods. We also have 7 well-trained ponies for the lessons. The training of our local coaches in riding and teaching and horsemanship is also a part of this position. The position can be from 3 to 12 month or permanent

Description:
My partner (Spanish) and myself live in CANDELEDA - Avila on our finca. One of our hobbies are polo horses, we have 8 of them. Outside the polo season, the horses live freely on our finca and we ride in the area in the beautiful surroundings. The beginning of the polo season (amateur in our area) is weather dependent and usually starts slowly towards eastern . During this season the horses stay on another finca (about 15 minutes away from us); here we have polo field, a racetrack and a riding area . We are looking for someone to help train these 8 horses during the week so they are ready for the WE games. This means driving to this polo finca with us, or alone , depending on our activities. (that's why a driving license is necessary). Collect the horses from the grass, saddle them, move them, shower them! Prepare the horses during weekends : saddle , bandaging , etc

Description:
WORK FOR COST AND LOGIS: We are looking for animal-loving horsemen to help us to care for and entertain our horses/donkeys ( cleaning out/ grooming/ground work...) for approx. 4 hours a day (5-6 days/week). Most of our equines come from bad behaviour and have a history of health problems. We want to give them trust in humans again. We work with different strategies, depending on what the horse needs (Natural Horsmanship...). In addition, many other rescue animals (dogs/cats/pigs/goats/rabbits/peacocks/chickens) live on our animal welfare finca and are happy to be petted and given attention. We also regularly have kittens and puppies that we need help looking after. We would be pleased if you would be interested in helping to care for these animals (but this is not a must).

Qualifications / Requirements
Also ideal for horse lovers for whom riding is not the main focus, but who are also interested in ground work and trust work. (Monty Roberts/ Feature Light Horsemanship) Due to the really tricky terrain, rides are only possible with a sound knowledge of riding. Love, empathy and respect for the animal are important to us. Our goal is to improve communication and trust in the horses. Independent work after the introduction period would be an advantage, but we always provide assistance with questions and problems. We are very open to new aspects as long as they benefit our animals.
