Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily stable operations and ensure the highest standards of horse welfare. • Lead, schedule, and motivate a team of 10 experienced groomers. • Oversee feeding programs, exercise routines, vet care, and farrier visits.

Qualifications / Requirements
We Look For: • Proven experience in stable management and team leadership. • Good knowledge of equine care (experience with Arabian horses is a plus). • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
