Treworgey Farm faces south overlooking the beautiful Looe River Valley with rolling green countryside stretching to the river and Looe in the distance. The medieval Treworgey Manor burnt down centuries ago. The ancient bakery and stables remain, together with the later Georgian farmhouse, cottages, stone barns (first recorded on the 1840 tithe map, but undoubtedly older) and the pretty Victorian farm-workers' cottages.
Adjoining, is Coombe Farm lower down this valley, with a sleepy tranquility of its own, gazing over patchwork pastures grazed by sheep. Treworgey was once a flower farm. Today, wild flowers amass on the lane-side banks between Treworgey and Coombe, especially during spring and early summer.
