Horses must have negative coggins documents and must have them presented prior to unloading. Unless using Stall cleaning service Guest responsible for maintaining stalls, paddocks and tie out areas during visit and prior to departure.

Sleeps 1 to 4 adults in full size beds. Full bath, TV (Sorry, No outside VCR or DVD to be hooked to our TV's). All rooms with air conditioning and heat some with refrigerator. Standard Lodge Room: $110 + tax, sleeps 4, price is for first 2 adults, $10 for each additional adult.
1 Multi-bedded room(s):
Large family room with 3 queen beds. This room also includes a kitchenette with sink, full size refrigerator freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Sleeps up to 6. $130 + tax, price is for first 3 adults, $10 for each additional adult. (Toaster oven or crockpot available upon request.)
1 Campground / Campsite :
Campfires allowed, Pets OK, but must be on a leash. Guest are responsible for keeping areas clean.
1 Parking space for a Motor Home / Camper :
$32 + tax per trailer (first 3 people), includes 30 AMP and water only. Dump station available on site.
