We would like to emphasize that this is an internship and that the interns are firmly integrated into the company. We ask you to check carefully whether this is what you want. Little free time, a lot of work and a serious but exciting and progressive task. You can get a lot if you give a lot. Overall, it's about training and getting to know work. That is why we are only looking for serious interns who are looking for a work stay here for their training or for their professional career or for a general orientation of their life path or who would like to complete a voluntary social year.

Qualifications / Requirements
What we expect: • positive work attitude, be involved in all areas • ability to have an overview and to lead a group • excellent social skills & very well organized • solid horse experience and riding skills • interest in Natural Horsemanship and/or classical art of riding • English and best basic Spanish • 6 days week+ 2 days extra off per month • min. stay 3 months, better 6 months
