Working Student for Lusitano Stud at Costa del Sol

Description:

Normal stable work forms part, e.g. taking care of the horses, tack and stable, i.e. feeding, mucking out, medical care if necessary, cleaning the boxes (eight with rubber mats) and the paddocks, keep the tack in order, keep the yard clean and take care of the dogs. The work furthermore consists in working the horses and preparing the horses for our rider or clients if at stud. The working students receive dressage lessons during their working days and usually hack out and according to skills during their working time can support our master rider wherever possible, including riding and lunging. The better the dressage level, the more the working student can also ride and deal with the horses.
With necessary level, we foment the participation in dressage competitions. Wortime 8 hours/day, six days/week, 2 days of holiday per months. Applications please with CV, fotos, video of riding and motivation letter. Minimum stay six months, longer stays possible.

Qualifications / Requirements:

minimum age 21, driving license necessary; English or German knowledge
maximum weight 68 kilo as also work with young horses
