Horses must have negative coggins documents and must have them presented prior to unloading. Unless using Stall cleaning service Guest responsible for maintaining stalls, paddocks and tie out areas during visit and prior to departure.

Sleeps 1 to 4 adults in full size beds. Full bath, TV (Sorry, No outside VCR or DVD to be hooked to our TV's). All rooms with air conditioning and heat some with refrigerator.

Railroad Cabin sitting in the woods. Very private, yet within our facility bordering the Big South Fork Park and directly across from the Cumberland Trail Head. Cabin is not recommended for more than 4 Adults
1 Campground / Campsite :
Campfires allowed, Pets OK, but must be on a leash. Guest are responsible for keeping areas clean.
1 Parking space for a Motor Home / Camper :
RV Sites at Barn with water, electric, dump station. Campfires allowed, Pets OK, but must be on a leash. Guest are responsible for keeping areas clean.
