Situated in one of the largest wetlands in the country, one of the best places for bird watching at any time of year, more than 80 species in a day, which features the Red Heron, the Black Necked Loon, the Stork, the Sapeira Eagle, the Little Tern, Flamingo and Long-Leg, is surrounded by a unique flora, vegetation, dune fixation, which features several species, some rare and protected as the Camarinheira, the Santolinha, the Gorse, Rosemary and Holly.
With a unique view on the green tops of the pines, the blue of the Sado's estuary, and further up, the mountains of Arrábida, Setúbal and Palmela.Enjoy the largest white sand beach of Europe!
