The Withlacoochee State Forest is 22,500 acres of majestic oak and pines trees. The forest is home to abundant wildlife such a deer, wild turkey, fox, rabbit, bobcat, racoon and a huge array of birds including hawks, owls and bald eagles. The forest offers ativities such as hiking, biking, and trail riding. the 80 mile long Withlacoochee River offers fishing and canoing as well as a peaceful place to just sit, read a book and watch the river flow.
The rural setting is occupied by more livestock than people and provides a down-home friendly atmosphere.
The winter months sometimes include below freezing temperatures in the early morning but mid morning will warm to perfect riding temperatures.

Each suite has its own minimum 1.5 acre pasture. 12 stalls in well ventilated barn available for guest horses.
Plenty of room for horse trailers. No RV hook-ups available. Current Coggins required.

    Dispite our love of animals we cannot accept pets assuring the comfort and safety of all our guests. There are three friendly dogs on property but they are restricted to the family quarters.
