The two parks make up the International Peace Park providing some of the most majestic mountain scenery to be found anywhere in the world. Trails designed for the novice through to the expert hiker take you to breathtaking vistas.

Rodeos, team penning, roping, and ranch horse competitions are regularly scheduled throughout Southern Alberta, providing spectators with exceptionally exciting fun. The "granddaddy" of them all, the Calgary Stampede is on in early July for 10 straight days of outdoor exitement.
