Douz is surrounded by a sandy prairie - like landscape, wich changes after a 5 km. Dunes dominate the views and are a guarentee for amazing endless views.

Every trek includes a meal with a bedouin family.
For non riders there is a possibility to mount a dromedary or walk by foot. The trek is spectaculair and sensational with wide views over the desert.

Most of the horses are mixed breed arab/spanish/berber, all are stallions. They are small and strong and easy to ride. Condition is important.
