Our riding centre with guesthouse is located in Sinca Noua (50 km West of Brasov) at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains. Equus Silvania is a German-Romanian business, which combines Western standard and horsemanship with Romanian traditions, cuisine, and lifestyls. We offer to our guests not only great horses, a fantastic landscape and good opportunities to observe wildlife (e.g. brown bears), but also a healthy and natural environment.

Description: We are a German-Austrian family and run an eco-riding centre at the foot of the Romanian Carpathians. We offer centre-based rides, trail rides, winter riding, and family holidays for an international clientel. Next to co-guiding, the position includes regularly working our 30 horses, training of young horses, and correcting the older horses. We also need some support for the home-schooling programme of our two girls (9 and 11 years). If you are a good rider, you like pristine nature, and are happy to join a nice and motivated team, if you like to ride on long days through medieval landscapes, and if you are happy to assist our children in their education, please let us know. We offer free food and lodging and 200 Euro pocket money/month and need horse-aupairs again for early May and early June. Jobs available for 6-12 months.
Qualifications / Requirements: - foreign language skills (English fluent, French and German other preferred languages)
- good riding skills and understanding of horses
- Flexibility and capability to work hard
