Northern Portugal, is the greenest part of Portugal. We will begin in itīs capital, Porto. Where we will get to know the historic centre ( UNESCO listed), one of the port wine lodges and have our first lunch.

After this visit we will proceed to the most northern region of Portugal, the Minho. Itīs coast is called the Green Coast. It is incredile green, hilly and filled with natural wonders. It is truely a peaceful place, to go when you want to get away from it all. It is filled with history, natural parks, small mountain villages, rivers, likes and clean safe beaches.

It has not yet been discovered by mass tourism so it is very calm. The Minho has a very rich gastronomy known al thoughout the country.

By horse is the ideal way to discover this amazing region.

Excursions:


This excersion will begin in Porto, everything is included aiport tranfer etc. ( except flight). What we wanted to transmist with this excursion, is the discovering of this ecologic, natural mistirous green region.

It is very special to discover it by horse, we will take you places where a tourist normaly doensīt come so easily. We will show you the true Minho, with all its wonders.

Everything is included, B&B, lunches, dinners, tours, activities, linen towels. etc. Except the riding ware, you can even bring your own horse, altough ours are very sweet and true Portuguese breedings.

This trail will open your mind and improve your riding, knowledge and simply give you a very good time.

We will pick you up from the airport and provide all the transfer necessary. If you would like to go by yourself you will need a car.

the soil is sandy and rocky and we will be riding at an altitude between 500 to 700mt. Hilly, covered with purple and yellow heath.Acomodation in a B&B situated in the middle of a peacefull village.

The accomodation is very comfortable, in a typical Portuguese manor, with a refereshing pool. All the rooms have a private bathroom, most of the rooms have 2 single beds, some have 1 double bed. The rooms are decorated in a traditional portuguese style with a hint to the horse riding activities. Linen and towels are inluded, and breakfast is either servided on the terace oudside or in the manor.
