Description:

We are a small family business with 20 horses and ponies, from foals to pensioners, including some rescue horses, and are looking for support for training and care. Our horses are worked on the ground, on the lunge, as well as under the rider and in the field, depending on their age and level of training. We attach great importance to treating our animals in a species-appropriate and respectful manner. Our farm is located in the nature park, near the coast and the dune landscape offers countless riding paths that you have to get to know during horse training in order to be able to go on rides with our guests.
At the moment our company is in a transition phase and so we are specifically looking for someone who can support us in working with three young horses. It would therefore be an advantage if you already have knowledge of natural horsemanship or other experience with young horses, but that is not the case Condition.

Qualifications / Requirements:

You should be at least 18 years old, weigh no more than 65 kg, have experience in dealing with horses and good riding skills, be able to confidently lead rides with guests, enjoy working with horses and not be afraid to lend a hand in any work. If you love nature and animals and would like to learn something, please get in touch. Since our guests almost exclusively come from German-speaking countries, you should speak some German.
